This is an independent RP blog for Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel. This blog is 616 based, but I have an available MCU verse if needed.
Any NSFW content will be tagged or under a read more. Mun is 25+.
First interactions are usually awkward and boring, so always feel free to hmu with plot ideas or a meme or two to get things going a little more organically.
I don't accept any god-modding. I control my character, you control yours. Please don't attempt to kill Carol without discussing it with me first-- I'm all up for action threads, but ain't nobody killing my baby.
There will be mentions of alcoholism and ptsd, as well as other mature themes. I will always tag these two, but other mature themes that are present won't always be tagged as they are expected to be seen on a blog like Carol's. If you need me to tag something specific, please ask.

This is mostly because I find it easier to limit the amount of people that I follow to those I truly believe I will interact well with.
Duplicates:
Sometimes I will follow back other versions of my character, but not every time. Please don't be offended if I don't, sometimes it makes me very anxious!
Triggers:
I'm not particularly easily triggered, so these things don't tend to occur to me. I do try to remember to tag things I think might be triggering, but I'm only human and I do sometimes forget. So please let me know if you need something tagged and I will try to remember it in the future.

My face claim for Carol the wonderful Katheryn Winnick, but for her movie verse it will be Brie Larson. All the icons that I use are made by me unless otherwise stated, so please don't steal them. They take me a long time!
Replies:
I tend to prioritize threads that I have the most muse for, so that I can keep my muse flowing. Sometimes I struggle writing, so I enjoy getting on and just letting myself reply to whatever takes my fancy a the time. This doesn't mean that I don't enjoy our threads, but please be patient with me and I will get there eventually. This is my main account, but I do also run another so can get busy.

SKILLS : Carol is an experienced spy, an extremely accomplished pilot and combatant, and possesses pretty good scientific knowledge. She's also multilingual, speaking; English, Russian, and Arabic, as well as Kree, and both common and Imperial Shi'ar. She speaks passable Rajaki and has a limited vocabulary in several other languages, including Chinese.
POWERS : Carol possesses many powers. She has superhuman strength, stamina, durability, agilities, and reflexes. She is capable of flight, on and off planet, without needing an oxygen mask. She is capable of extreme levels of energy manipulation.

SUMMARY : This verse mostly follows 616 canon.
I will properly flesh this out in time, but this verse mostly follows the 616 timeline, with some omissions. Runs that aren't included will be added soon - but I one I don't include is Civil War II because they butchered Carol's personality.

This verse follows the MCU movies storyline. Can be set at any point throughout the movies.

SUMMARY : Set within the Star Trek universe, primarily the more recent movies.
In this verse, Carol is the Captain of the USS Binary. She is still very much the same as her 616 verse, so has all the same powers and is half human/half kree.
MAINS
This is a list of all my mains! I won't have too many of the same character, but I also won't be doing exclusives. This is purely because so many of my close friends write BEAUTIFUL versions of their characters and I would love to interact with them all. If you would like to be mains, please feel free to contact me about it! We just need to have written together often and have a good back and forth going ic and ooc!
